Procedure

The Amadeus Display Fare Rule Note (FRN) entry allows you to display detailed fare conditions without a PNR or a pricing transaction.

You can display information for all types of fares, for up to one year in the future, and two years in the past.

FRN entry requires the following mandatory parameters, separated by a slash (/):

  • City pair
  • D-Pricing date
  • A-Publishing carrier code
  • FB-Fare basis

There is no restriction regarding the type of fare targeted by the PSP Service FRN. This includes:

  • Public fare
  • YY fare
  • Private fare (category 15)
  • ATP Nego fare (category 35)
  • Amadeus Nego (category 35)
    Note: Refer to the Related links section below if you receive error NO CURRENT FARE IN SYSTEM
  • Fare by Rule fare (category 25)
  • Amadeus Discounted Fares (DDF)

Fares received from ATPCo, SITA or filed directly in Amadeus are valid for FRN processing.
